Although he has specialized in performance and improvement of body composition through training and nutrition, (as much for athletes as Mr. Madame Tout-le-Monde), his main concern is health and achieving objectives of its clients.
Training has always been part of his lifestyle, having already practiced running and triathlon at a high level. Although he no longer needs motivation to keep fit, he has plenty of it in store, especially for his clients! His goal today is to instill in his clients a healthy lifestyle through physical training, setting personal goals and working hand-in-hand with them to achieve them.
