YUL Fitness has developed a training approach focused on the human body, a new trend in training that is called “360-degree or functional training”, which briefly, is the actions and movements that are repeated every day, and in the ideal posture to fight our daily life. It is the movement that is driven, not the muscles in isolation. The body is worked in 3 dimensions.

So, private training in Montreal is no longer built from the machines available as in conventional gyms, but instead it is focused on the strengths and weaknesses of the body of the office worker, while using training tools avant-garde, such as the Lifefitness Synrgy360s, battle ropes, TRX and kettlebells and more, in an intimate space at the cutting edge of technology.
